Sommelier Natasja Noorlander
Natasja Noorlander joined the team at The Dylan in June 2016 when she was appointed Sommelier at Vinkeles. Passionate about her role, Natasja loves to share her enthusiasm for wine and food with each guest, making their dining experience one to remember.
Natasja began her career as a trainee at Brouwerskolkje under supervision of Chef Moshik Roth, moving to Terra (Bloemendaal) where she became Maitre Sommelier. Her talent and passion were evident as Natasja rose up through the ranks to become assistant sommelier at the Michelin-starred restaurant Bord’eau and then onto Restaurant Johannes as Sommelier.
At Restaurant Vinkeles, Natasja loves to introduce unusual grape varieties and to surprise and delight guests with unexpected wines pairings.
Future aspirations include having her own extensive cellar and wine bar.
