Dennis Kuipers (1970, Delft) started working as Executive Chef of The Dylan Amsterdam and Restaurant Vinkeles in 2006. From the very start his course was ambitious and his goal was clear: to elevate Vinkeles to a higher level.
Chef de Cuisine
Jurgen van der Zalm (Utrecht, 1986) started working at The Dylan Amsterdam in 2005. As a Chef de Cuisine he strives, in unison with Chef Dennis Kuipers, to make Vinkeles reach new heights, presenting classic cuisine with a bold, international and modern character.
Bas Averdijk (1985) started his career at The Dylan in November 2018. It is his personal mission to surprise all guests with flawless service. “Each and every guest is different, but we all want them to leave Vinkeles feeling that we truly paid attention and wanting to come back soon.”
Natasja Noorlander joined the team at The Dylan in June 2016 when she was appointed Sommelier at Vinkeles. Passionate about her role, Natasja loves to share her enthusiasm for wine and food with each guest, making their dining experience one to remember.
