Echoing the décor of the hotel, the menu of Restaurant Vinkeles combines the traditional and the modern French cuisine. Maître d’ Tiffany Kensmil and Sommelier Natasja Noorlander ensure a refined wine pairing and personal service.
From the very start in 2006, Executive Chef Dennis Kuipers and Chef de Cuisine Jurgen van der Zalm have each made their own personal mark on Restaurant Vinkeles. Both of them are driven by the will to bring out the pureness, the strength, the colors and the flavors of the premium quality products they work with.
Restaurant Vinkeles can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests at one table to ensure the comfort of all our guests. Private dining on the same level and with the same personal attention is available for a maximum of 14 guests in a private room. The restaurant is available for privatization.
